Guide the development and execution of The Fascination products and product vision
In this role, I served as the liaison between various teams including engineering, design, marketing, and merchandising. I managed the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond.
What began as editorial content and traditional affiliate model evolved into a pioneer e-commerce site, featuring a curated selection of products from the most buzz-worthy, quality DTC brands from around the web. These products, paired with firsthand product reviews written by our team, offered a unique and engaging experience to customers searching for a one-stop-shop approach to buying online.
Content Design
Manage UX and editorial content – and develop a content publishing process that all teams can use and reference
I also fully managed content design and our content production process at The Fascination. Using the monday.com platform, I developed a custom, automated tracking CMS to notify all teams involved, ensure visibility across the company, and ensure cohesion across our team of writers and designers.
